Bouchard & Sons Garage

My family and I live 20 minutes away from Bouchards, but we happily bypass our local neighborhood shops to go there. They consistently offer fair pricing and are always willing to discuss using quality secondhand parts to help keep repair costs down. My first experience with them was in 2022 after I was rear-ended. We drove the car over for an inspection, Mike emailed me a prompt estimate, and they fit me into the schedule the very next week. Navigating the other party’s insurance is never easy, but the team did a wonderful job of walking me through the entire process and keeping me informed. Most recently, my car was unfortunately hit twice while parked. In June, when a bumper repair took a bit longer than anticipated, they helped me navigate the insurance rental process, including finding a Hertz location that would rent to someone under 25. Then, just this past Sunday, my side mirror was smashed in while parked. Bouchards was able to squeeze my car in just a few days later, and the repair itself took only a couple hours. I cannot recommend Bouchards enough.

So happy this was a dealership offered by my insurance company. They were communicative, kind, and did quick work. I left the dealership this morning with my car and felt the need to leave a review because of the exceptional job they did. They did excellent, going above and beyond to repair my car’s exterior. They even cleaned my car’s interior when I definitely wasn’t expecting it! 10/10 no notes, if I ever needed a dealership again I’d come here.

such an amazing experience. They were booking out for 4 months, I called on a monday and they called me back on the same thursday saying they had a spot open up. Seamless job! They are so professional and care about the quality of their work. Highly Recommend. Will go back if anything arises again! Not to mention I was only without my car for a week with a price tag of 5k in damages. Super quick. THANK YOU.

After I shopped around for a place to bring my car after hitting a deer, I was so sad to hear people were 5-6 MONTHS out, when I called we were able to get parts ordered and my car on the book less than a month out! My car was done quickly, and professionally. I was so happy to pick it up washed, and even detailed inside. 100% recommend. High quality service, and with special attention to detail.
